- Q: Are your products authentic and new?
A: Yes, everything we sell is brand new and guaranteed to be genuine and authentic.
- Q: How can I tell if an item is in stock?
A: Our website is continuously updated to reflect only the products which are in stock. With that said it's a monumental task to ensure every vendor has every style available 24x7.
- Credit - Debit Card purchases
We
at ZuluTimeZone.com have the right to void any order because your
credit card information on file with your issuing bank has incorrect
data. If your credit-debit card issuing bank has incorrect address and
or postal (zip) code information on file regarding your current
mailing/billing address and you provide ZuluTimeZone.com with a
incorrect telephone number your order will be cancelled. No Exception!
Any
orders which are billed to one addressee in one country and shipment to
another addressee in another country will incur a 4 business day hold
on processing the order to ensure no credit-debit card fraud is
occurring.
ZuluTimeZone.com has the right to CANCEL
any order we feel is of a suspicious nature. We will make a reasonable
effort to contact the buyer, if you do not reply; your order will be cancelled.
