Our policy on shipping orders and international orders fulfillment.

All orders regardless of final destination are in U.S.Dollars. Your bank or credit card company will handle the currency conversion, they may charge you a nominal fee for that service.

All orders for the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and  U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped free of charge via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Orders to Canada, and Mexico are a flat rate shipping cost of $30.

We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays.

All United States International Priority Mail shipments require buyer to purchase additional insurance at the time of placing order. Failure of buyer to purchase insurance at time of order checkout places the entire burden of the order on the buyer. No refunds allowed after shipment of order.

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery.

These charges are NOT included in the price and shipping costs listed on ZuluTimeZone.com.

As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

The calculation of Duties depends on the assessable value of a dutiable shipment.

For the purpose of this calculation, dutiable goods are given a classification code that is known as the Harmonized System code.

This system has been assigned by the World Customs Organization and continues to evolve.

If an order is refused and returned to us, customer is still responsible for the customs fees, duty taxes because those would have been paid by the carrier already. Upon receiving package a refund will be issued in the amount total less fees assessed on package shipping including return shipping.

For fraud and customs reasons we do not ship to the following countries:

Afghanistan, Burma (Myanmar), Belarus, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Eritrea, Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Nigeria, North Korea, Russia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria,Venezuela,Vietnam, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

We do not ship to any country that is not serviced by UPS or countries under embargo per the U.S. State Department.
