NFW’s founder and designer, George Fox, spent many years in the watch industry handling design and marketing for some of the world’s most famous watch brands. While working for these large corporate brands, George felt a growing passion to start something completely new – to create a company that was truly special and unique.  He wanted to create watches that could make a bold statement - based on the classic elements of watch design, yet were fresh new creations with a strong dose of attitude and sophistication. By offering inspired, creative design, obsessive attention to engineering details, and outstanding craftsmanship, NFW watches have earned a stellar reputation.  Every detail of every watch is attended to with great skill, care, knowledge and a passion for excellence.

Not only do we produce incredibly well-built watches, but our customer service is unparalleled. Our small-company, old-fashioned dedication to “treating the customer right” has gained the company an extremely loyal following. What is your NFW warranty?
NFW maintains an outstanding reputation for high-quality watches and excellent customer service.

We have very few problems with our watches, but with any company or product there is occasionally something to be remedied.  Our top priority is our customers’ satisfaction.

So, we keep our warranty simple: If something goes wrong with your NFW watch, due to a manufacturing defect, during the first three years that you own the watch, we’ll take care of it either by repairing or replacing the watch, at our discretion.  If your watch needs replacement and that exact model is no longer available then we reserve the right to replace it with another watch of equal or greater value.

Here’s what’s not covered, since these issues are not considered to be manufacturing defects: Scratched or broken crystals/lenses, scratches cases, batteries, abuse, normal wear & tear including leather, water leakage damage that occurred either while the crown was in the out position or if buttons were pushed while in water.

Please note: Warranties are not transferable and apply only to the original owner of the watch.
