International Orders
Due to the increase in credit card
fraud all orders placed outside Canada, Mexico or the United States,
will require you to use Google Checkout.
There will be a 7 day
hold before any International orders beyond Canada or Mexico are shipped
to ensure no deceptive practices have occurred. All orders will be
shipped Federal Express insured. If we find that credit card fraud has
occurred one shipment has departed it will be returned to ZuluTimeZone.com.

Credit - Debit Card purchases
We at ZuluTimeZone.com have the right to void any order because your credit card information on file with your issuing bank has incorrect data. If your credit-debit card issuing bank has incorrect address and or postal (zip) code information on file regarding your current mailing/billing address and you provide ZuluTimeZone.com with a incorrect telephone number your order will be cancelled. No Exception!
Any orders which are billed to one addressee in one country and shipment to another addressee in another country will incur a 4 business day hold on processing the order to ensure no credit-debit card fraud is occurring.
ZuluTimeZone.com has the right to CANCEL any order we feel is of a suspicious nature. We will make a reasonable effort to contact the buyer, if you do not reply; your order will be cancelled.
Return Policy
- 10 days from date of delivery, no restocking fees.
- The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and
accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty,
as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the
return will not be honored.
- Returns must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such
as USPS, UPS or FedEx. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable.
- Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks or
blemishes on the watch and the security tags are still attached. The
watch must not have been sized or altered in any way.
No returns on Limited Edition or Special Orders

maintain the lowest prices possible. By keeping our overhead low we are
able to offer amazing discounts to our customers. We are now offering a
3% discount off the sale price on watches over $2,500. All payments made
by Bank Wire Transfer or Postal Money Order. Full payment must be made
at one time. This discount only applies on watch orders, and the wire
must be initiated from a US bank and being shipped within the 50 United
States; it also does not apply to orders of $5,000 and above, based on
the fact that we do not accept any form of payment other than bank wire
transfer or postal money order. Wire transfer payments are convenient
and typically take 24-48 hours to arrive. If you would like us to
reserve an item until payment is received, a credit card will have to be
placed on file, and a 10% cancellation fee will apply if the order is
cancelled. This offer is not valid with other offers or gift
certificates.
Errors and Inaccuracies
Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher that our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such a cancellation.
